Stay Where The Story Began
Ancient, towering forests. The National Wild and Scenic Clarion River. Thousands of acres to explore. Stay at the heart of it all at the historic Inn at Cook Forest. Built around 1870, the inn was the home of the Cook family, whose long-term vision preserved the natural areas of Cook Forest State Park for future generations. The park sits on the western boundary of the Pennsylvania Wilds, with more than two million acres of public land to explore, the largest elk herd in the northeast and some of the darkest night skies in the country.
